Club Rental

DAILY RATE: (typically wedding events) – $1,000 + $250 refundable security deposit (Begins 7 pm the day prior to rental date for set-up, through until 5pm, the day after rental date for clean-up.)

HOURLY RATE: $50 per hour + $250 refundable security deposit (The firearm ranges will only be closed during specifically requested & approved hours. No extra time allotted for setting up or cleaning up as that period required is part of the hourly rental as well.)

(Winter surcharge fee of $50 per day charged from October 1 through April 30.)

• Renter is responsible for all post cleaning and trash removal.
• Renter must obtain & provide proof of liability insurance for the rental period which names the SLF&G Club as certificate holder for no less than $1 million dollars. We do not sell insurance.
• Renter must provide proof of any required NYS temporary permits (food service or liquor license.)
• Renter must provide contact information for all vendors who will be on the club property during the rental period.
• Party Tents may be erected prior to rental but must be removed by the 2nd day following the rental date.
• No candles inside the club property or open fires on the outside grounds.
• No smoking inside the club house.
• No trap or skeet shooting (until further notice) allowed on this property.
• All local, State and federal laws must be adhered to while on the property.

(All rental requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance and are subject to Board approval and availability.)
