2. Secretary’s Report
Review of minutes from the last meeting.

4. Membership Update
- Renewal Memberships are coming in fast and furious
- We are on track to where we were last year
- People are signing up online – the new website seems to be working well
- Gate will be locked starting tonight
- New membership cards are being mailed, if anyone hasn’t received theirs and the gate is locked, please contact Rocky
5. Old Business
2026 Colby Classic Update – Rocky Nogales
- Successful Event
- Thanks given to everyone who helped out
- 197 Entry Tickets were sold, about 50 tickets down from last year
- Applied for and received a grant through Franklin County
- Bought new Fish Tags that will last for the next 12 years
- Bought a new scale to be used for years to come
- Bought a new banner
- Possible upcoming change
- NYS Legislation considering changing the Pike and Walleye end of season from March 15thto March 1st
- Robert Marrone to write a letter on behalf of the club to submit to NYS DEC and Albany
- Primary issue is warm shallow waters which we don’t have in this area in early March
- If we don’t have Pike we will have significantly less entrants
- Do we move the date of the derby? Issues: Ice Palace & Winter Carnival, other derby’s happen on the weekends around ours
- NYS Legislation considering changing the Pike and Walleye end of season from March 15thto March 1st
- NYS wants to change it across the board so they don’t have to track different end dates of the season
Federation Update – Mark Holt
- Voting on Resolutions in Albany
- Motion for Mark Holt to vote on behalf of the club as he sees fit
- First: Dave Kellerman

- Next federation Meeting April 23rd at the Saranac Lake Fish & Game Club, dinner at 5pm, meeting starts at 6pm

- Staining the Clubhouse Building

6. New Business
New Life Member
John Skiff, on behalf of the life members, presented Sam Grimone with the life membership plaque.
Presentation at next meeting on changes on Gun Laws from the Government and the effects to FFL’s and all Sportsman
