- 369 Due paying Members

5. Old Business
Federation Update
- At the last meeting, mostly discussed the Malone Fair (Franklin County Fair) 50/50 brought in about $2,000
- Nelly Staves Award awarded to Jennifer Okanuk from the Mt Tom Club
- Next Meeting 17th of September at Mt Tom Club
10 Gun Raffle
- Val & Kathy will shop next week at Sam’s Club
- Rocky will get meat from Shaheens
- We are set on Cooks (x2)
- We have Food Runners
- About $5,000 ahead of expense so far, but not accounting for picnic yet
- There have been 80 Online Sales
- Volunteers meet starting around 8am Saturday September 12, picnic starts at 12PM
Paddle & Picnic
- Not the best weekend, Bloomingdale Block Party and Saranac Lake Porch Fest ended up being the same weekend but overall went well
- Had new people come out
- Plan for the last weekend of July in 2027
- Roughly 25 people participated, typically it’s closer to 50
6. New Business
Big Buck Contest
- Rules will apply as they stand even with the new DEC Rules
- Biggest weight in each category, lucky buck, mystery weight
- Registration Forms are at Woods and Waters
Pie Sale 19th of December at Coakleys
