Big Buck Contest – Tom Cleator
- A large number of entries have been made
Bob Brown Memorial Pie Sale Volunteers – Jim Griebsch
- David Aldrich and Val Trost will be working the day of the sale
- Fruit pies are encouraged
- Add Pie Sale information to the website (Rocky Nogales)
- More volunteers needed to call members
- Tom Cleator will take a calling sheet

- Please do not bring bags of cookies
- Drop pies at Coakley’s between 8:00–9:00 AM
- Pies are $20 per pie
Website Updates – Rocky Nogales
- Project kickoff date planned for after January 1
- Photos from various events are still being accepted
- New email system implemented for officers
- Email addresses will transfer as officers change
- Improved spam filtering over SurgeWeb

Colby Classic – Rocky Nogales
- Event dates: March 7–8, 2026
- Sponsor: Reeling for Recovery
- Donating food for up to 300 people for Saturday night dinner
- Promoting fish life
- Will provide and staff a remote weigh station on the lake
- Next committee meeting:
- December 11, 2025 at 5:30 PM
- Location: Clubhouse
- 3P event is the same weekend
